I have 10 years of working experience. Initial 4 years, I did freelancing on online market place as a Web designer and Search Engine optimiser. There I worked with international buyers on their projects remotely.

After my graduation, I joined in a multinational company named Intertek. It’s a total quality assurance company through Testing, Inspection, certification and it has very big laboratory for testing different kinds of products.

I worked there around 5 years. My main job responsibility was coordination and monitoring of Inspection and lab testing. Communicating with customers and overseas internal offices, handling their queries. Ensure customer expectations. Analyse market situation based on business.I was also responsible as a Quality representative. Maintaining all quality procedure of ISO 9001 and ISO 17020. Facing internal and external audits.

This overall role has given me a great amount of confidence in dealing with people for their demands.

I have completed my graduation degree on Computer Science of Engineering.
