I currently work as a Fraud Analyst where I deal with sensitive information, communicate with customers, and work in a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and professionalism.
Through this role I’ve developed strong communication, problem-solving, and administrative skills, and I’m used to handling confidential situations calmly and efficiently.
I’m now looking to move into a GP receptionist role because I enjoy helping people directly and I’m interested in working in a healthcare environment where I can make a positive difference to patients’ experiences. I believe my organisational skills, customer service experience, and ability to stay calm under pressure would allow me to contribute well to the practice.
