- Very successfully draw accurate and evidence-supported conclusions to claims and update the inter-bank communication and claims-handling platform (PayUK) accordingly.
- Raise Suspicious Activity Reports where I deem a claim to constitute a valid scam/fraud detailing the pertinent features of the claim to allow the report to be successfully handled by our anti-money laundering/financial crimes teams.
- Work very closely with our clients, via both email and telephony work, ensuring client satisfaction is at the heart of each and every one of my interactions, to establish the clients’ perspective on claims raised, and ultimately look to recover any remaining funds.
- Report findings of client complicity in financial crime to senior management.
- Accurately capture all claim data in various SharePoint pages that ultimately forms the basis of reporting findings of the claims we receive to senior leaders/management.
