I am a friendly person who has strong a passion, also has a proactive, “can-do” attitude and hard-working, committed to providing high standard of job role. Proven many years’ experiences in fast-paced hospitality industry allows me to become a trustworthy player in team, I do not only have an ability to train new people but also help other team mates to archive the target.

I am seeking a full-time position in long term and looking forward to thriving in my career development.

I have worked in various positions adjacent to hospitality over my time in employment, including a job at ecommerce online store for the last few years. Here, working as ecommerce sale assistant, I provide warm welcome to customers and answering all queries over the phone and emails, taking and printing out all orders and labels, manage for all appointments for local pickup, assisting manager to receive deliveries, unpacking and doing stock rotation.

In addition to retail sale working environment, working for Nandos in 5 years, what I learned and gained , were Pride, Passion, Courage, and Integrity, these help me thrive in environments where I can help other colleagues, which is a big part of a team player.

Working as a host, I did not only do greeting customers at door with big smile and friendly face, checking wheter they have booking or not, assisting them to table, but also gave them some advises for their product selections if they needed, help other team members keep dining table set and clean.

Moreover, as a grill chef, I setup all working sections in the morning shifts and cleaned up for closing shifts, keep all equipment tidy and clean following food and safety following company instructions, learning and improving culinary skills, cooperating with food coordinators to deliver food on time, restocking food with FIFO standard. Self-motivation, calm manner, and food passionate are my keys to work under pressure in busy days.
