I am a multilingual graduate with extensive experience across various sectors, specialising in business development, management, marketing, and consulting. My diverse background has equipped me with a broad skill set, enabling me to excel in various professional roles.

As the Head of Operations at Sonic Security Solutions, I lead the strategic and day-to-day management of the company’s operations. My role involves overseeing the development and integration of quality management systems (QMS) accredited by BSI, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance. I have successfully managed a team to prepare for critical audits and facilitated the deployment of security solutions tailored to client needs.

Additionally, I specialise in streamlining processes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction while driving the company's growth objectives in a competitive industry.

I hold a Business Development degree from Northumbria University, which has been instrumental in shaping my career. This education provided me with a solid foundation in strategic planning, financial analysis, and operational management. I have applied these skills extensively at Sonic Security Solutions, enabling me to design and implement effective operational frameworks, negotiate contracts, and identify growth opportunities.
