I have worked in IT for 19 years, mostly as a Senior Tester in an Agile environment or as a Test Team Lead. Previously I was employed by UK Clearing Banks as a Business Development Manager (international services) or Lending Supervisor (high street). I'm committed and dedicated and am used to working in cross disciplined teams where I’m required to form relationships, understand requirements and work to deadlines.

I am used to working closely with other stakeholders, giving presentations regarding progress and mentoring and training staff or acting as a reference point. I consider myself to be a team player who is detail and customer focused. I am able to multi task and am a quick learner.

I am used to working from and analysing functional documentation and requirements and am able to write clear and concise written documentation.

I understand the need for transparency and for the need to write clear, concise and unambiguous test cases, defects and associated documentation.

I have created scripts in the Cucumber/Gherkin style and have used POSTMAN to submit API tests.

I am used to working in teams where the group is made up of team members that work remotely and who are sometimes domiciled in a different country.

I am familiar with using defect tracking, project management, Online Whiteboard and API Testing Tools.

Pending redundancy means that I am looking for a new position that will be interesting, satisfying and rewarding. My redundancy means that for the right position, my salary is negotiable, my ability and commitment will remain the same.
