Professionally, I supported the NHS vaccination rollout with Venatu before being promoted to Site Coordinator with Pharmacy2U, where I managed logistics and team operations. I currently work at AND-E, a leading insurance company, where I started in Customer Service before transitioning into a QA Tester role. I now test a variety of Guidewire platforms while working in a fast-paced Agile environment, I collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product managers. I actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and 3 Amigos sessions, which has given me a strong understanding of the full software development life cycle (SDLC).
