I was involved in monitoring the network/server infrastructure at city of London and Tower Hamlets. This involves troubleshooting and resolving 1st line support escalations. Helping. I proactively handled cases that were assigned to me.

This included investigating and diagnosing any issues with service and partners. Ensuring that SLAs are met, documentation using correct policies and making sure that procedures were met. I have previously work on multiple projects which has allowed me to excel at working with various clients and colleagues across the business.

• Have experience in using dynamic routing protocols to configure networks (OSPF & EIGRP)
• Solid knowledge of network principles. (L1 – L7)
• Actively monitored network infrastructures on monitoring systems (SolarWinds)
• Experience in using Aruba Airwave to monitor Wireless access points across Tower Hamlets
• Installed/Decommissioned switches, routers, firewalls and access points.
• Installed Comms cabinets, which involved patching cables, installing network equipment and
