Inebi Alfred

I am a resolute self-driven professional with about 6years of experience gained from diverse sectors ranging from the hospitality, automobile, social development, educational and construction industries; with distinct expertise in project management, administration and human resource management.

I possess an eidetic memory and a mind well suited to the world of business and human resources, I am analytical in personality and attentive to details, which enables me to present creative ideas, identify problems and work out solutions. I have successfully participated in various projects and championed them to completion. Also, I have participated as a member of a recruitment panel for MBA students to carry out their placement in various organisations; I have also facilitated and coordinated orientation for new hires and carried out minor social development/ educational projects.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from the United Kingdom. I am presently a Doctoral student at the University of Plymouth. I am an associate member of the Chartered instate of Personal and Development (CIPD). In the course of my study and training, I developed the utmost interest in Recruitment and selection, employee engagement and Business strategy.
