As an experienced marketing executive, I am well-versed in many aspects of promotion and customer retention, having worked closely with the same small group of companies for the last few years, improving data use, customer experience and targeted campaigning. In my current position I have been required to work autonomously, assisting and supporting businesses and marketing teams in all aspects of their marketing strategies and with ad-hoc duties comprising of various marketing and administrative activities. This has ranged from managing website rebuilds to bookkeeping, event planning and dealing with customer complaints.
In addition, my studies have also provided me with opportunities to hone my skills in data analysis, report writing, research and using software. I have worked on both qualitative and quantitative studies.
