I have a diverse background in journalism, customer service, and administrative roles. As a reporter for Salford Now, I pitched stories, wrote articles, conducted interviews, and used InDesign and TikTok to engage audiences.
Showroom, I managed customer inquiries, organized documents, and maintained office calendars. In my role at TK Maxx, I processed merchandise, provided customer service, and handled transactions. As an NHS call centre advisor, I communicated COVID-19 regulations and managed high volumes of inquiries.
World, I ensured customer satisfaction, managed invoices, and organized appointments. My CPS internship provided insights into the criminal justice system and involved clerical duties and court preparations.
I am currently pursuing a degree in Journalism: Multimedia at the University of Salford.
