I am a CPA(K)-qualified Finance & Administration Management Professional with over 15 years of progressive experience in financial management, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, grants management, donor compliance, audit coordination, and internal controls within international NGO and donor-funded environments. My experience spans organizations such as CIHEB Kenya and ICAP at Columbia University, where I have managed complex donor-funded portfolios supported by USDOS, CDC, and PEPFAR.

Throughout my career, I have successfully led financial oversight for multi-million-dollar donor-funded programs, coordinated budgeting and forecasting processes, strengthened internal control systems, and produced financial dashboards and management reports that supported strategic decision-making. Key achievements include managing the financial close-out of a USD 7 million donor-funded program, improving budget forecasting accuracy and financial reporting efficiency, leading successful donor and statutory audits, strengthening financial governance frameworks, and enhancing partner compliance through mentoring and capacity building.

Academically, I hold a Master of Science in Commerce (Finance & Accounting) from KCA University, a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting Option) from Daystar University, and I am a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA-K) and active ICPAK member.
