My role as a Paralegal in a large commercial international law firm involved me developing and maintaining client relationships by providing timely, professional, and high-quality service, in the management of litigated and non-litigated property recovery cases. This role also helped me to develop my communication skills when negotiating settlements with third parties or instructing loss adjusters via email or telephone. Reviewing documents and drafting legal documents such as letter before actions and particulars of claims was also an essential part of my job. Due to the high volume of cases I received being highly organized and methodical as well as having a strict adherence to deadlines was essential.Having worked in various fast-paced environments, my confident attitude towards work and ability to work in an agile environment makes me a determined and ambitious candidate. I can adapt and react to problems with solutions by using effective troubleshooting methods.

I have worked within customer service roles and and various paralegal experiences within large commercial law firms.
