I am an accomplished and proactive individual, seeking opportunities that will elevate my skills and in turn the progression in my career. I am capable in collaborative and independent working environments focused on achieving goals. I am very enthusiastic and evidence good values in my duties. I always align my role according to the long term business strategy.
I am looking forward to learning more information regarding the position of Crown Court Clerk. I believe my dedication and experience that I have obtained will help the HM court continue to thrive.
I have ample experience working in a similar role at a taxi company as a call handler which led me to gain lots of knowledge in this field. On a day-to-day basis I have interacted with clients making sure that they get a fast and efficient service by delegating and dispatching the closest vehicles to their locations. This includes monitoring idle drivers as well as locations where vehicles are currently on route to.
All the data was input, processed and further utilised through the firm's computerised system. I also undertook administrative duties such as filing and organising documents relating to future bookings. In turn, this and meeting client demands by my problem solving capabilities ensures long-lasting relationships with the firm and protected its reputation from any client dissatisfaction.
This role is compatible with my skill set as I work great under pressure even whilst I am undertaking multiple tasks simultaneously. This was evident in all my previous roles as a call handler and online assistant. A big part of my motivation stems from helping others as I get a sense of satisfaction knowing I played a part in others achieving their goals.
This is why I have in the past taken leadership role in training others and delegating tasks. Communication is key between colleagues and clients as it was a vital part in the positions I have played in the past as it keeps projects on time and helps people work around each other.
