Support Worker/Carer (2022-01 – Present)

• Provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, epilepsy, and behaviours that challenge
• Implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies and de-escalation techniques to manage anxiety, distress, and challenging behaviours in a safe and respectful manner
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and maintaining dignity and privacy at all times
• Support individuals with daily living activities, promoting independence, choice, and inclusion within the community
• Administer medication in line with MAR charts and organisational policies, ensuring accurate recording and compliance
