VIP Assistant/Receptionist at VIP Nation (2023-07 – Present)

I was responsible for greeting and checking-in VIP guests at the front desk as the receptionist, answering calls, distributing merchandise, providing important information to the VIP guests, and leading them to various locations across the premises.
I was the contact point for all guests, handled refreshments and ad hoc requests.
I organised catering for internal lunches on a daily basis.
I processed and distributed incoming correspondence to relevant staff.
I answered calls, took accurate messages and directed them to the appropriate member of staff.
I opened and locked up the office.

Bar Staff/Bar Supervisor at Underbelly (2023-10 – 2024-01)

I was responsible for opening and closing bars, making cocktails, serving beer, wine, and spirits across 9 different locations within the premises.

London Film Festival Assistant at British Film Institute (2023-09 – 2023-10)

I was the first face festival-goers would see when entering each venue and was responsible for being able to successfully answer any query they may have.
I supported and helped to coordinate events such as film premiere parties, including set up and organising supplies.
I observed set rules and regulations in completing duties, resulting in high-quality and standardised work.
I worked at press/industry screenings at multiple venues across Central London and helped run and coordinate XR exhibits.

Server/Host/Waiter at Green Dragon Restaurant (2020-10 – 2022-04)

Waiting tables, bar work & serving food ad taking payments during the peak of COVID restrictions and adapted to each new restriction with ease.

Volunteer at Humane Actions Animal Shelter (2019 – 2019)

I spent a month in Peru caring for rescue dogs, welcoming visitors and leading tours around the site.
