i have almost 20 years office experience running several contracts and maintenance plans and 3 years in care work , the last 10 months in a senior role running the unit dispensing and ordering medication, liasing with the District nurses and ANP with any concerns for residents, updating care plans , ensuring mar charts and controlled drugs counts are clear and accurate.
