March 2020 – Present

• Provides predominantly hands-on clinical care across major, minor, and resuscitation cases, while also assisting with consultant-level responsibilities, including oversight of departmental flow management, procedures and advice.
• Provide direct supervision, guidance, and clinical support to Urgent Care Practitioners and Residents, ensuring high standards of patient care and supporting their professional development.
• Actively engaged in teaching and training medical professionals, registrars, and medical students from the University of Warwick and the University of Birmingham, Trust appointed Educational Supervisor for FY1 and FY2 doctors, and supervisor for trainee Advanced Care Practitioners.
