I am a hardworking and reliable individual with experience in both customer service and health and social care environments. Through my role as a receptionist in hotels, I developed strong communication, organisational, and customer service skills while managing bookings, handling enquiries, and creating a welcoming experience for guests. In addition, my role as a Project Worker at Orchardville involved supporting adults with additional needs, where I strengthened my teamwork, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills in a professional care setting.
