Jaharra Uddin

I am an ambitious, dedicated and empathetic education practitioner who is determined to inspire children to strive within their educational journey. My interpersonal abilities allow me to gain a better understanding of each pupil and their needs. Therefore, successfully adapting and planning lessons to help them achieve their best.

I have been working as a primary school teacher for 6 years. Over these years, I have developed a specialised skill to teach Mathematics to those who suffer with a low grade. I have been able to work closely with such pupils to ensure that they they are able to access the learning set for their age level according to the National Curriculum.

I have been able to support children with special needs and other children who have other high needs, for example children who suffer with behavioural issues due to difficult home life.

I have collaborated with many colleagues and families to support children and allow them to thrive in their learning journey.

I have received my PGCE in 2017. This was completed in the London Metropolitan University.
