Iskander Javed

Six years experience teaching in British primary schools - range of ages and key stages. Extensive experience teaching to the curriculum and for exams. Also have experience working in PR and running campaigns and strategies.

The bulk of my experience has been teaching in primary schools. I have mostly taught at KS2 level for a number of years as both a primary supply and full-time class teacher. I understand the curriculum and have spent many years designing and implementing schemes of work aligned to the curriculum. My speciality has been in English and I have helped to run English departments and run school-wide events focussing on raising the profile of English in the school. Most recently I have worked in PR and have helped to develop and run strategies and campaigns across a range of financial and educational companies.

I initially went to university to study Drama and Business studies but since returned to train as a teacher.
