Product Innovation Manager at STYLIDEAS (2025-11 – Present)
Lead new product development and innovation initiatives across STYLPRO's beauty, wellness and consumer electronics portfolio, from opportunity identification and initial ideation through concept development, sourcing, prototyping and commercialisation. Shape product positioning and consumer propositions by defining the problems products solve, target consumer needs and key differentiators. Then collaborating with Marketing to translate these into compelling sales decks and commercial launch materials.
Developed future roadmaps to support long term brand growth within the newly established categories. Heavily contributed to the consumer proposition, benefits, competitive differentiation and commercial opportunity in collaboration with CEO. Manage relationships with international manufacturing and supplier partners, particularly across China, communicating product requirements, resolving technical issues and driving projects towards manufacturable solutions.
Coordinate supplier CAD, prototypes and development samples, providing structured feedback on design, functionality, manufacturability, cost and product appearance. Support product launches through close collaboration with Marketing, Commercial and Operational teams, ensuring products are aligned with brand positioning and customer expectations. Contribute to product lifecycle management, including cost of goods, packaging, commercial and customer performance, revenue, palletisation and manufacturing requirements.
Present new concepts and product opportunities through concept gate, communicating consumer proposition, competitive advantages, visual differentiation and commercial rationale to senior stakeholders. Support and mentor colleagues across the wider product team and have contributed to recruitment and onboarding, including junior designers and project coordination hires.

Collaborated closely with the Marketing team to develop and establish brand guidelines, defining visual principles and ensuring consistency across product, packaging, marketing and digital assets. Supported the implementation and enforcement of brand guidelines across multiple platforms and touchpoints, ensuring communications remained visually consistent and aligned with the brand identity. Delivered end-to-end product development for consumer electronic devices, progressing designs from concept through tooling, sampling, and production release.
Contributed to the successful launch of a growing product portfolio, forming part of a total of 36–43 consumer products brought to market across UK and EU channels. Applied DFM/DFA principles to supplier feedback, improving manufacturability, quality consistency, and cost efficiency against target COG.
