Sergeant (Instructor) - Air Training Corps — 248 Squadron

• Promoted through four ranks to Sergeant; directly responsible for the training and welfare of junior cadets on weekly parade nights.
• Delivered structured lessons using Methods of Instruction qualification — planning sessions, managing a room, and adapting pace to the group.
• Qualified First Aid Instructor (St John Ambulance); able to instruct and assess cadets in first aid scenarios.
• Represented the squadron at public ceremonial events including Remembrance Sunday and Armed Forces Day.
