During the past 12 years whilst working at Custom Made Kitchens I have been punctual with a minimal amount of absence. When I started, I worked as part of the production line and duties included making sure that units were clean and at a high standard condition ready to be sent out to customers, wrapping units to ensure that they would be safe and secure in transit. After a short time the opportunity arose for me to start training and developing on a number of different machines.

In 2023 I received a promotion to team leader, a role which I have excelled in and my organisational skills have vastly improved due to the extra responsibilities I have been given. A number of times I have worked extra hours including weekends, early mornings and late nights to meet deadlines and meet the company's needs. In January 2024 I passed a first aid course which I have put to use at work for minor injuries that come with woodworking.

• Fully trained on scheer dowelling machine including changing glue tanks and filling dowels

• Fully trained on Mayer bandsaw including changing saw blades
• Fully trained on Stema Tabit machine for end boring, drilling holes for strip lights and handleless profile cut outs

Customer Service Apprentice - Direct Automotive/Prasco UK

(2013-01 - 2014-12)

Completed a year long apprenticeship in customer service which developed communication skills. The job role included speaking to a number of customers and processing their orders over both email and the telephone. Also part of responsibilities included working on a trade counter where I would meet customers in a reception area who would provide information to help determine which items they required before going into the warehouse area and picking said items and invoicing them.

After a short time in this role I was given personal accounts to manage and my own portfolio of customers to deal and manage, which allowed me to build professional relationships and provide great customer service.
