I am a computer science graduate with a good eye for detail and a keen passion for finding a solution to problems. I have strong mathematical skills and experience using computer systems. While I am very motivated to achieve goals by working hard, I am also excellent at maintaining a calm and composed approach to tasks and situations that I face. I am just as comfortable either working by myself or as part of a team.
Longcliffe Quarries (2017 - 2021)
Over the previous 4 summers I have worked as a weigh-bridge operator at a limestone quarry. In this role where I had to work as part of a team with the shovel men and lorry drivers to ensure that all trucks left the quarry carrying a legal weight. In addition to this, my role included having to communicate with the sales team to ensure that the right products were being delivered to the correct destinations.
Finally, it was my responsibility to place orders on the company’s computer system for customers, as well as taking money for cash orders.
University of Liverpool (2018 - 2022)
