I have worked in the healthcare service for a number of years, specifically clinical and surgical and more recently managerial roles.
Direct client care has been the foundation throughout my career and I am looking to continue to develop this through a career change.

Regular MDT meetings to review National and local policy, Clinical governance, Incident investigation, Client/Patient feedback.
Data collection and auditing, project management, staff recruitment, along with effective management of budget and finance.
Regular use of Computer systems for patient tracking and data recording.
