Warehouse Manager at Lush Digital Fulfilment (Mail Order / Commerce) (2016-12 – 2020-01)

As Warehouse Manager in Lush UK Digital Fulfilment - I solely managed a team of 300+ during peak times. This was a varied role, single handedly running a Multi Million Pound Mail Order Warehouse, overseeing the smooth running of the warehouse including staffing, COGS, efficiencies, stock control, communication, staff morale and developing and coaching the management team. During my role in Digital Fulfilment I led the team through a great deal of change as well as through their busiest ever period at the time.

I have developed fantastic leadership skills within this role. Along with the skills I have naturally developed, I have also attended many management training courses to improve myself further. I have also project managed warehouse relocations and redesigns both in the UK and in Spain.

This includes putting the floor plan together, planning Capex expenditure and management of the timeline.
