• Overseeing all operations of a leading UK independent electronic music label and two sister labels (Circus Electric, DPMO), leading an international team of 6 and delivering 150+ releases per year.
• Coordinating with distributors, streaming platforms and rights organisations to ensure accuracy and compliance across the full release catalogue.
• Building and maintaining KPI and financial reporting across catalogue performance, marketing spend and revenue. Running paid campaigns via Google Ads and Meta.
• Single-handedly migrated our entire catalogue from four distributors to one, collating disparate and incomplete metadata into a coherent package.
• Identifying gaps in the label's platform and leading the full website rebuild as developer, including CMS implementation for non-technical editors.
