I am a confident achiever who thrives on communication with individuals at all professional levels and all walks of life. I am extremely organised and work well to deadlines, making my time management skills watertight. I am both adaptable and flexible in high pressure situations, with the ability to remain levelheaded and calm.

I have copious amounts of senior leadership experience that has allowed me to continuously hone my skills and create transferable talent that can be adapted to any role. In 2012 I underwent surgery to amputate my left leg above the knee, despite this I wear a prosthesis daily, drive and work full time. My disability does not hinder my day-to-day life and has shown me I can be independent and resilient.

To assess all potential clients via a comprehensive assessment of needs and risk assessment for suitability to allow admission into our facility for a detox and intensive rehabilitation therapy programme.

• To remain professional and empathic to all clients in the assessment process, with complex training in ADHD, Autism, Domestic Violence, Eating Disorders, Safeguarding, Child Protection, and Mental Health.
• To liaise professionally and confidently, and create sustainable relationships with Clinical NMPs, Social Services, the Police, GP Surgery's, Hospitals, Community Drug and Alcohol Teams, and Mental Health Institutions.
• To facilitate pre-rehab groups with potential clients allowing them confidence and clarity, whilst also remaining personable and knowledgeable to be their guide. To also enable them to understand the 16-week programme, the expectations set for them and the expectations they can expect from the company.

SENIOR RESIDENTIAL TEAM LEADER - St Andrews School

Promoting independence, teaching daily living skills. Attending case reviews, key worker for 10 students. Liaising with social care services, healthcare professionals, police and families.

• Supervision of residential care workers.
• Report writing, keeping daily, weekly and monthly records.
• Keeping records of budgets, also money in and out of student's own accounts. Handling petty cash.
• Medication administration and management. Responsible for the school building out of normal school hours as this was a 24hr residential school

Supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties who were admitted into the care system.

• Building professional relationships both with the young people and working closely with professionals, including health, social care, police and families.

• Supporting young people to remain in education, encouraging social activities and teaching basic life skills.
