My name is Jane John,, I am a looking for a role that will allow me to help people in the workplace, be the best version of themselves. I have been a training manager for over 10 years, supporting a team of up to 12 assessors to achieve their KPI’s and empower them to support learners who are on an Apprenticeship. I have performed many HR functions during my time as a training manager and store manager, I would also like to pursue learning and development/ HR role as a new vocation for me. I am hardworking, conscientious, loyal, organised and happy, also always wanting to help and support those around me with any issues they may have.
