When it comes to technical writing, I believe having a passion for accuracy and a keen eye for detail is more important than any other skill. Most writers can write about a piece of software or a new, complex subject, but few are really meticulous enough to produce a technical document that is error-free, accurate and consistent throughout. This is where my skills come in.
I add value by creating authority and credibility through simple, accurate language. For each project, I research extensively and educate myself on the subject to ensure my work is relevant to the intended audience and more importantly, factually correct. Using the same approach, I also review technical documents for statutory compliance, accuracy, consistency and errors, while ensuring they are appropriately aligned to the intended purpose.
While I now specialise in technical writing, in the past I have written and localised marketing content for Spotify, Proton VPN, KPMG and Deloitte. I have also worked with several crypto and blockchain companies during the explosion of initial coin offerings, primarily on white papers and pitch decks. Some of my recent clients include virtual data room provider Intralinks, cloud communications platform Vonage, multi-asset investment platform eToro, clean tech company Algix and other non-tech clients such as the International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine.
