Degree holder in Chemistry with background in Mechanical Engineering. Experienced with large scale aseptic manufacturing, formulation, purification and inspection of medicines within a GMP environment. An excellent problem solver, strong team player, highly analytical and driven, with a strong interest in growth and development
Production Technician • Operation of fully automated systems for purification and formulation such as Ultrafiltration and Chromatography with capacity up to 1500L of Human Albumin Solutions. • Strict adherence to GMP standards, product licences and H&S in cleanrooms (Grade C, D).
Final Product Inspector/Technician • Fully trained in the inspection of blood plasma protein products: immunoglobulins (igG), coagulation factor proteins (CF), Albumin, and broth (pre-incubation and post incubation).
• Adherence to GMP and GDocP, MHRA and FDA regulations, product licences, quality, H&S standards and KPI’s/production plans.
• Competent with the use of ALCOA principles and RFT (Right First Time) for the correct and timely completion of controlled documents (Batch Processing Records/BPRs).
