I have worked in the catering industry for many years. I worked from commis chef up to kitchen manager in my later positions. I oversaw all aspects of running a branded restaurant kitchen. Food prep, food ordering, staff training creating rotas to budget, food stocktaking is just some of the tasks that I was responsible for.

I have 30 years eperience as a chef working in pubs,care homes, hospitals and restauraunts.
