• Owned and delivered end-to-end features across a TypeScript codebase built on a hexagonal architecture, working across the full stack from database schema to UI using NestJS, Prisma, MySQL, React, and Remix
• Built and iteratively improved a delinquency system automating overdue payment chasing, unit locking, fee application, and account flagging – evolving the architecture to decouple real-time and scheduled cron processing into a shared code pipeline as complexity grew
• Built a multi-site rate change feature enabling managers to apply and schedule pricing changes across customers and sites simultaneously
• Integrated third-party services including Stripe Identity for KYC verification with full webhook idempotency, and Twilio/SendGrid for automated customer email notifications across core workflows
• Migrated a large portion of the backend codebase from an OOP Prisma/NestJS pattern to a functional programming approach using EffectTS
• Optimised front-end UX across the customer portal, including server-side filtering for improved performance and intuitive customer page navigation
• Developed custom Honeycomb spans throughout the codebase to trace and diagnose production bugs, remaining on-call to support live incidents and minimise customer impact
• Wrote unit and integration tests following TDD practices throughout, contributed to code reviews, and mentored a junior hire
• Built interactive 3D facility visualisations using Three.js – including hangars, docks, car parks, and multi-storey buildings
