I'm a friendly and hardworking person with experience working in retail and helping customers on a day-to-day basis. I'm comfortable working in busy environments and enjoy speaking to people and making sure they have a good experience. Through my role, I gained experience dealing with customers, receiving deliveries, checking and organising stock, and keeping the shop floor clean and tidy.

I'm reliable, punctual and always willing to learn. I'm happy working independently, but I also enjoy being part of a team and helping out wherever I can. I'm now looking for a role where I can use the experience I already have while continuing to learn and develop.

• I helped customers with questions and purchases and made sure they were treated in a friendly and respectful way.
