• Supported daily kitchen operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and teamwork
• Prepared a full dish independently for Chef Julian to demonstrate culinary capability
• Created a Beef Wellington, which received very positive feedback and praise from Chef Julian
• Gained first-hand experience of fine-dining standards, time management, and precision
