From a young age, I worked at my grandfathers trophy business performing a wide variety of tasks, both independently and as part of a small team. With no day the same and tight deadlines a regular occurrence I was always kept on my feet.

My previous role as a Client Services Executive meant that I was the point of contact for both prospects and clients both over the phone and via email. From the initial onboarding process, throughout their legal journey, I was always there to offer support. I would use the firms Bespoke Case Management Systems to assist clients with their specific case and run compliance checks.

Alongside my role as Client Services Executive, as a Digital Marketing Executive I would manage the firms social media channels. This role would consist of conducting research for relevant articles to post on their social media channels and posting relevant content about the services offered by the firm.

I would always be on hand to offer support to the other departments when required.

Having developed an interest for technology, having helped family with any technical issues they've experienced, I went on to study IT for 5 years at Edgbarrow School & Sixth Form and came out with excellent qualifications in this area.
