I also hold a professional cookery qualification, which I completed in 2008 and gained Solihull College Apprentice Chef of the Year in 2008.
I also hold a valid Food Hygiene Level 3 certification and Food Allergen safety.
I have knowledge and experience in the following cuisines French, Italian, Thai, Japanese, Chinese, Caribbean, Mexican, African, American and Indian.
I am available for private functions: Christenings, Birthdays, Weddings, Family Dinner, Meal Prep, Corporate lunches and dinners.
