About

I'm a keen hardworking person who wishes to gain more experience. I am enthusiastic and eager to learn new skills. I am very hard working and willing to take on any task at hand that has been provided.

I work well as part of a team, due to the fact that most of my jobs have involved a large amount of team work and support. I have been working as part of the PCN for 3 years, aiding the primary care practice to meet yearly targets using QOF. I have also been the main point of contact for all care homes, triaging and attending the homes as needed.

I am also the practice safeguarding admin lead, attending multi agency meetings and advising clinicians when needed.

Working at the hadleigh health centre as part of the care home and learning disability team. Responsible for organising care with many teams across primary and secondary care. Also working as a part of the recalling team for QOF and clinical coding. I am also the safeguarding admin lead.
