I passionately love gaining achievements in my written and verbal assessments especially when I enjoy presenting ideas. Those achievements gave me confidence and motivation to progress into the highest level to help me develop higher ideas.
Developing my goals and targets, I gained creativity skills while making flyers, business cards, leaflets, reports, graphical style invitations for all occasions. I have learnt so much about myself, while enjoying creating itineraries, templates and many more connected.

In 2022 I work independently aboard working in a 5 star Hotel Called Blu Spa Jupiter in Portugal, Lisbon and meeting all different cultural backgrounds, gaining customer service experiences in a different environment involving roof top, spa, and front desk reception. Sending emails , welcoming, and booking guest from all around the world giving me confidents of professionalism and a great image to everyone. I had a chance to learn about the Spa facilities and maintaining the hotel safety procedures.
Working as a team with many different hotel roles had build new mind sets, respect , Latest trends, sharing, practise and loyalty to the hotel.
