I have an enjoyment of IT, and a strong understanding of networking and communications principles, which allows me to apply myself to new technologies and products effectively, without prior direct experience. My focus in recent years has been on Cisco products, but I have proven ability to work with multi-vendor equipment and am able to quickly gain a high level of understanding of new products.

I have strong management skills and can apply these skills to managing my own projects and co-ordinating the activities of others. My wide experience of networking, and comprehension of the ISO model, also makes me very effective at troubleshooting and technical support in all areas of networking.
