Prescription Clerk at Priory Gardens Surgery (2013-01 – Present)
I started Priory Gardens surgery as a Prescription Clerk; I provided support to our clinicians in the receipt and preparation of repeat prescriptions for our patients and work very closely with Pharmacy and Administrative teams. I am the main point of contact for enquiries about prescriptions from patients and community pharmacies. As the main contact for these enquiries, I have good telephone manners and excellent communication skills.
Reception Manager at D W Gym (2000-01 – 2013-12)
As a reception manager within the gym, I was the lead to Reception in providing impeccable customer service and ensuring smooth operations. I was responsible for managing the reception area, overseeing guest arrivals/departures, and coordinating event set-ups to ensure that every guest's visit is memorable and seamless.
As a bartender, I am responsible for mixing, garnishing and serving drinks according to our customers' preferences. I welcome all customers with a welcoming atmosphere and verify customer ages according to challenge 21. I manage the inventory while maintaining a clean and organized bar area which also includes washing glasses and utensils.
