I am a valued team member at Matalan, and while my role is predominantly focused on the stock room and deliveries, I have enough experience in retail that I am often required to work in other departments throughout the store as well as using my own initiative to identify where I am most needed at any given moment. My flexibility, eye for detail as well as the desire to make sure the job is always completed to the highest standards means throughout my career, I have always become a valued part of the team. My work ethic and commitment have seen me receive awards as well as praise for going above and beyond, hitting deadlines consistently, whilst always maintaining the highest standards.
In my career, delivering outstanding customer service has always been my main priority, investing myself in the company I work for and delivering on their values, engaging with my colleagues to make sure standards are upheld whilst remaining flexible to do what needs to be done.
