I am a passionate educator focussed on ensuring a pupils experience at school gives them opportunities to aspire to be the best they can. Academic performance is always at the the forefront of a schools focus but without a safe and nurturing environment pupils will rarely meet expectation. Through my role to support attendance, behaviour, well being, student voice and safeguarding it allows me to support a pupils journey with many amazing successes.
As an excellent teacher, with main subject of Food, also teaching Textiles and Art, the value added and exams results are above national average. Taking learning out of the classroom on an annual basis on international trips exploring places such as Italy and Spain, giving the pupils opportunities to develop and build life long memories.
