About

I have over 20 years of experience in IT working across both the public and private sectors. Starting from a programming background my main areas of focus are now Enterprise Architecture and IT Procurement. I moved from over 10 years working in Investment Banking to IT Consultancy, providing lead Enterprise Architecture services and running major procurements for Policing, Office for National Statistics and The National Archives.

I now generally provide contracting or consultancy work through my own company, Geall Technologies Limited.

Key areas of expertise:

  • Enterprise Architecture (current and future state architecture diagrams, roadmaps, transformation work)
  • IT Procurement (procurement documentation, evaluation models and delivery)
  • IT Strategy and Business Analysis
  • Program and Project Management
Key Technology experience:
  • AI algorithms for logistics, space management and image analysis
  • Cloud hosting, including secure public and private cloud architectures and cloud migration strategy work
  • Image hashing and metadata extraction
  • Sparx Enterprise Architect using TOGAF, Zachman and ArchiMate frameworks
  • Contact Centre systems
