With 25 years of experience across IAPS and HMC schools, I am dedicated to making a difference to children and young people through education. After 18 years of leadership experience, first as a Housemaster, then as Deputy Head and now as Head, it is an absolute privilege to be able to lead teams and define a vision but even more so to do it based on strong relationships with committed team members and a collective belief in the benefits that positive change can bring.
Currently Head of St Hugh’s, a 2-13 Co-Educational Nursery and Prep School with boarding. In this role, I oversee the strategic development of the school, supported by my SLT in operational matters and working closely with the Governing Board to ensure effective financial and strategic planning is in place. Whilst my specific responsibility is for the whole school, I oversee admissions and marketing with a view to building reputation and pupil numbers.
I am also a DDSL and Mental Health First Aider.
I also coach rugby, football and cricket to all pupils.
