i am a very bubbly talkative person, i love to talk and work with other people. i like to make people smile and make sure everyone is happy. i am a dedicated worker i go above and beyond to get the job done to great standard. i am a understanding reasonable person, i will always do my best to accommodate people in what ever way i can.

i have about a year experience in being a kitchen assistant, which i prepped raw fish and meats, fresh vegetables and cooked foods for the chefs. i would also clean and keep the kitchen up to health and safety standards.

i have about 3 years experience in bartending and waitressing. i would alternate between these at the restaurant were ever they needed me. i am familiar with pos systems and taking orders. i was required to know food allergens and am quite familiar with it as well as systems put in place to prevent and contamination.

i have a NVQ in hospitality and catering level 2, i finished with merits and passes, i did do work experience at mercedes benz world for about a month, i worked in the kitchen assisting the chef and pastry chef in cooking and prepping.
