I get very passionate about the job I get to do, I do love to learn new skills and always enrich my knowledge.
I am a friendly person who always tries to set the best atmosphere within the team.
Every job I’ve had so far has always allowed me to learn, improve and grow my knowledge and skills.
I learned that his important to gain respect from your co-workers and employers; The method I used to achieve this goal was: observation, understanding, giving respect, sharing my knowledge or observing how other workers' ideas and methods could improve mine and the rest of the team's work. Very important as well as to understand different people's needs, to use the correct approach with each of them, from my experience in customer service and hospitality I’ve noticed that not everyone can be approached the same way, some customers or co-workers would feel comfortable and relaxed when approached from a worker with a bubbly personality and others would find it annoying or unprofessional.
Attention to detail is very important as well, for example in a restaurant customers first feast with their eyes, so if a dish every detail is well looked after the customer will already be pleased visually and looking forward to trying the dish, otherwise, if the dish is in disarray the customer will think that there is no passion in the dish and will probably decide that it won’t taste before trying the dish.
I would love a career change at this time of life and do think that this job opportunity is a wonderful fit for my skills and knowledge.
I believe my organisational skills, attention to detail, observation, time management, customer service and hospitality would be a great fit for the job opportunity you are offering.
I worked in hospitality and customer service for about 7 years and has given me the chance to refine my skills in how to deal with customers, guests or clients and have them pleased to keep coming back.
My observation skills help me on understanding the customer or co-worker and help me tailor my approach to their needs and personality.
The attention to detail helps me show the care that is put into the job that I do.
I am proud to say that, in all my previous workplaces, I have always left a very wonderful impression as a hard worker and very passionate about the jobs I was involved in.
