I am a calm, down-to-earth and hardworking individual with experience in care, retail and hospitality. I have experience supervising staff, organising staff rotas, handling customer complaints and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a restaurant. I am reliable, approachable and able to remain calm under pressure.

I enjoy working as part of a team, learning new skills and taking responsibility. My previous experience has helped me develop strong customer service, communication, organisation and leadership skills. I am currently preparing to begin a part-time Access to Engineering course at Milton Keynes College in September 2026 and am looking for a suitable role alongside my studies.
