I have over 6 years experience working with students in SEN provisons. I apply strategies and techniques to aid the students learning experience and provide vital emotional support when needed.
Many techniques are required with the SEN provision, my roles have always been to make sure I have evaluated the students EHCP needs and learning outcomes, as well as removing boundaries that may effect further progression in learning.
Always making sure that safeguarding is implemented and that the techniques and strategies used are inclusive to the learner.
